POSITION OVERVIEW

Outpatient Family Nurse Practitioner role serving patients of all ages Focus on preventative care, chronic disease management, and patient education Stable clinical environment with collaborative care team support Dedicated daily administrative time built into schedule Opportunity to focus on patient care without weekends or call responsibilities

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$120,000 - $130,000 Student Loan Repayment up to $50,000 Relocation Assistance up to $10,000 SCHEDULE Monday through Friday schedule No weekends required No call responsibilities 7 clinical hours daily plus 1 hour administrative time One late clinic shift every 6-7 weeks ROLE Provide outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan Manage chronic conditions and preventative healthcare services Educate patients on wellness and treatment plans Average patient volume of 15+ patients daily Collaborate closely with experienced interdisciplinary care team

Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania Family Nurse Practitioner license

REQUIRED

Minimum 2 years of FNP experience
