You will workautonomously while stayingconnectedto a robust clinical andadministrative support team.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Conduct on-sitepsychiatricassessments and medicationmanagement
  • Coordinate careand consult with facility teams(Administrator,Director ofNursing, Social Services)
  • Adhereto state andfederalclinical guidelines and PGS protocols
  • Educatestaffand support holistic, patient-centered care

  • State licensure as aNursePractitioner (MD, DC, VA,or PA required)
  • ActiveDEA license
  • Monday-Fridayavailability duringnormalbusinesshours
  • Ability to standfor 20 minutes andlift up to15 pounds
