Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Position Requirements:
A:
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Current and valid license to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania. Possess current, unrestricted federal and Pennsylvania permits to prescribe medications, including controlled substances.B:
Education:
Hold a degree as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from an accredited institutionRole Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose acute and chronic conditions
- Emphasize preventive care and population health management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
Schedule & Call:
