Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Position Requirements:
A:
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Current and valid license to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania. Possess current, unrestricted federal and Pennsylvania permits to prescribe medications, including controlled substances.
B:
Education:
Hold a degree as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from an accredited institution
Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan
  • Diagnose acute and chronic conditions
  • Emphasize preventive care and population health management
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
Schedule & Call:
