Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Auto Mechanic, where your expertise will drive vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of automotive systems, ensuring vehicles operate safely and efficiently. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle components including engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain systems. Conduct oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems repair techniques to execute repairs efficiently. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems effectively. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring vehicles meet safety standards before return to the customer. Requirements 3 + years experience working in the automotive repair industry with a strong background in dealerships or independent shop settings. Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, transmission repair, and suspension system repair. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and ability to read technical manuals confidently. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and teamwork. $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
