Part-Time About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Clinical Director, Nurse Practitioner to join a growing men's health clinic specializing in hormone optimization, sexual wellness, and preventive care. This role involves evaluating and treating patients with low testosterone and erectile dysfunction, developing personalized treatment plans, interpreting laboratory results, and providing ongoing patient education. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while helping grow a thriving clinic with future leadership opportunities. This position has the potential to become a management position in the future. Monthly and yearly Bonuses/Commissions opportunities. DEA Registration, State license, and medical malpractice insurance paid 100% by company. Duties Evaluating patients for low testosterone and, under the supervision of a physician, prescribing testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels. Evaluating patients for erectile dysfunction and recommending treatment plans like Gainswave, P-Shot or prescribing medications like Trimix Conducting consultations for new patients and interpreting lab results Provide patient education Administering intramuscular injections and PRP injections Working together with a Medical Assistant(s) and a Receptionist Maintaining clinic census goals Complying with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements Providing continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans. Must to
Have:
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing. Active DEA Certificate. Active Controlled Substance Registration. No current or pending malpractice lawsuits. Experience in men's health, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), or testosterone optimization. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient counseling skills.
Medical Specialty:
Holistic Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Urology. Ability to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented clinical environment. Nice to
Have:
Experience in urology, endocrinology, internal medicine, family medicine, or general practice. Familiarity with therapies such as GainsWave, P-Shot, Trimix, or other regenerative treatments. Laboratory interpretation experience. Interest in clinic leadership and future management responsibilities.
Pay:
$60.00 per hour
