Serve as a clinical leader, collaborating with the care team to manage short- and long-term residents. Perform admissions, discharges, monthly assessments, and evaluate residents for condition changes. Handle advanced care planning, comprehensive assessments, and prescribe treatments. Provide full-time, in-person care with benefits including competitive salary ($110K-$135K+), uncapped bonuses, paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), malpractice coverage, and flexible scheduling.
