Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (Skilled Nursing) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. As a clinical leader, you will collaborate with the care team to oversee residents, manage admissions and discharges, conduct stability checks, and evaluate changes in condition. You will handle advanced care planning, comprehensive assessments, and prescribe treatments.
