Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider (NNP / Neonatal PA)

III NICU
at a leading regional hospital in western Pennsylvania is seeking a Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider to join an experienced and collaborative neonatal care team. This opportunity offers the ability to practice in a high-acuity NICU environment with strong multidisciplinary support and advanced neonatal care capabilities.
  • Hospital-based role within a 16-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
  • Collaborative multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, NNPs, nurses, respiratory therapists, and therapy specialists
  • Perform advanced neonatal procedures including intubations, lumbar punctures, and central line placements
  • Flexible scheduling with 12-hour or 24-hour shifts available

  • Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Neonatal Physician Assistant
  • BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
  • Experience in a NICU setting preferred
  • Eligible for Pennsylvania license and DEA certification (if applicable)
