Outpatient Primary Care Clinical Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform routine wellness visits, preventive care, and health screenings
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR Schedule
- Full-time outpatient schedule
- Standard weekday clinic hours
- No inpatient responsibilities
- Limited or no call, depending on practice needs Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
- Board Certified as NP or PA
- Active Pennsylvania license or ability to obtain
- Experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills Support & Practice Environment
