Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Part-Time New Jersey & Pennsylvania We are recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide mobile wound care services across skilled nursing facilities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for an NP seeking a flexible, part-time schedule while delivering high-quality wound care in the post-acute setting.
Priority coverage includes:
Cherry Hill, NJ Norristown, PA Additional coverage opportunities: Mountainside, NJ Freehold, NJ Cranford, NJ Candidates who can consistently cover Cherry Hill, NJ and Norristown, PA will receive priority consideration. Pennsylvania licensure is not required. If you are licensed in New Jersey, the practice will cover the cost of obtaining your Pennsylvania license. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic wounds in skilled nursing facilities. Perform bedside wound assessments, debridement (when appropriate), and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with facility nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Complete accurate and timely documentation using the electronic medical record. Travel between assigned facilities during scheduled clinic days. Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey. Pennsylvania license preferred but not required. Wound care, primary care, geriatrics, or skilled nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
