Summary:

This role involves providing patient care in collaboration with physicians, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. The practitioner will order tests, interpret results, prescribe medications, and perform patient education and triage tasks within their scope of practice. Candidates may be licensed Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants dedicated to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
