Job Description
TriValley Primary Care is looking for a full time, experienced CRNP for our busy family practice in Quakertown, PA. The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing direct medical care for acute and chronic conditions, and annual physical examinations in an office setting. Will see patients from pediatrics through geriatrics.
- Participation in value-based care with staff support
- Team-based care including a care manager and population health specialist

- Successful candidate has at least 2 years experience as CRNP delivering direct patient care, ideally in a primary care or similar setting.
