Job Description
We are seeking an experienced APRN in pulmonary care to provide high-quality, patient-centered services in skilled nursing and long-term rehabilitation settings. This part-time in-person role requires availability for 2 days per week, including weekends, with occasional on-call coverage. Deliver pulmonary care, including assessments, management of respiratory conditions, ventilator and trach care, and medication management. Admit, evaluate, and discharge patients while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. Perform diagnostic interpretation and monitor treatment responses to prevent decompensation. Educate patients, families, and staff on respiratory care and protocols. Maintain compliance with regulations, documentation, and quality initiatives. Qualifications include active APRN license, Master's degree, experience in long-term care, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently.
