Day in The Life of a Part-time Nurse Practitioner The Crossroads team is made up of passionate individuals dedicated to fighting substance use disorders and saving lives. Our teammates' diverse backgrounds and experience are valuable assets in our mission to help patients build better lives in recovery. Primary Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services

• Primary center: Scranton
• Target weekly hours: 12
• Proposed schedule: Tuesday 12-4, Wednesday 8-12, Thursday 8-12 Education and Licensure Requirements
• Nurse Practitioner with an active, unrestricted licensure and authorized to practice in the state of practice
• Primary specialty in one of the following: Family Medicine/Family Practice, Internal Medicine, General Practice, Psychiatry
• DEA Certificate of Registration in the state of practice with ability to schedule 2, 2N, 3, 4, & 5
• Must have or be eligible for enrollment for Medicaid and Medicare credentials
• Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice. Preferred Experience
• Experience in addiction medicine, preferably with experience treating patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) and/or providing medication for opioid use disorder Benefits
