Our team of highly qualified Board Certified Pediatricians and experienced Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioners deliver superior care with compassion. We believe in establishing a physician-parent partnership to ensure the best care for your child. e're excited to share a full-time opening for an experienced Float Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our pediatric primary care team!
What This Role Offers:
Competitive Float Stipend:
Earn an additional $7,500 annually
Predictable Scheduling:
Receive your schedule one month in advance Provide coverage across several of our locations, including Southampton, Huntingdon Valley, Elkins Park, Warminster, and Philadelphia
Work-Life Balance:
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm — no weekends
Efficient Charting:
EMR is eClinicalWorks, supported by AI charting tools to streamline documentation
Mission-Driven Care:
Join a team exclusively focused on pediatric primary care
Education:
Successful completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program Physician Assistants must have passed the NCCPA certification exam Nurse Practitioners graduating after July 1, 2006 must be board certified. Nurse Practitioners must be certified by the ANCC or PNCB
Licensure/Certification:
Current, unrestricted license in the state of New York Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Experience:
2+ years of experience working as a general pediatrics provider is required.
