Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) UPMC Heart & Vascular Institute Outpatient - Wellsboro & Mansfield UPMC is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant/PA or Nurse Practitioner/CRNP) to join our Cardiology team within the nationally renowned UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute, serving patients across Wellsboro and Mansfield. This is an excellent opportunity to practice high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care in an outpatient setting while partnering with a highly collaborative and innovative heart team. In this role you'll make a meaningful impact treating patients with complex cardiovascular conditions-without sacrificing work-life balance. Schedule & Work-Life Balance Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM No weekends, nights, holidays, or on-call responsibilities. Split between Mansfield & Wellsboro, PA offices Compensation & Incentives Competitive salary based on experience Sign-on bonus & Annual incentive bonus available

What You'll Do Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care in an outpatient setting Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic cardiac conditions Develop individualized care plans focused on quality outcomes Educate patients and families on heart health and disease prevention Collaborate with cardiologists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
Qualifications:
Knowledge of growth and development principles Ability to provide age-appropriate patient care across the lifespan Ability to assess patient data and deliver care per departmental policies Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina and dexterity required for direct patient care Successful attainment and maintenance of hospital privileges, where applicable.
Licensure, Education, Certifications, and Clearances:
