WHO WE ARE

Options Psychiatry, PLLC is a physician-owned outpatient psychiatric practice in Reading, PA. We provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, TMS, and Spravato for treatment-resistant depression. We're small and growing, which means two things: you'll have real access to the physician who owns the practice, and you'll have a say in what this place becomes. Experienced PMHNP or newer grad looking for genuine mentorship — we want to hear from you either way.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults: Responsibilities Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and individualized treatment plans Medication management, follow-up care, and prescribing within your scope of practice Monitoring treatment response and side effects Identifying candidates for TMS and Spravato Coordinating care with therapists, PCPs, and specialists Documentation in the EMR, patient forms, and clinical paperwork Clinical meetings and quality-improvement work Provide psychotherapy and counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to patient needs. Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, social workers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care. Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, medication adherence, lifestyle modifications, and available community resources. Participate in clinical research initiatives or quality improvement projects aimed at advancing psychiatric care standards. Maintain current knowledge of psychiatric pharmacology, including psychotropic medications and their interactions, following DEA regulations for controlled substances. You'll be trained and mentored on the interventional side — you don't need to walk in knowing it.

THE SCHEDULE

About 20-24 hours a week:

• Monday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Tuesday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Thursday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM When you leave, you're off.

No call, no weekends, no hospital rounding.

COMPENSATION

$65,000

• 72,000 annually, depending on experience.

Plus direct physician mentorship, administrative support (you won't do your own scheduling or paperwork chase), and a clear path to full-time as the practice grows. Benefits are not currently offered for this part-time role.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Active Pennsylvania CRNP license
• Board-certified

PMHNP-BC

• Current DEA registration, or the ability to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and comfort working both independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Outpatient psychiatry and medication-management experience
• Interest in TMS and Spravato
• EMR experience New grads with strong psychiatric clinical training are encouraged to apply.

$65,000.00
