70% of collected revenue About the Practice We are a growing outpatient psychiatric private practice serving patients in the Chattanooga area and throughout Tennessee via telehealth. We are looking to add an experienced, compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who wants the autonomy of private practice without having to build all of the infrastructure independently. This is an opportunity to join an established practice with an existing administrative and clinical framework, while maintaining significant independence in your clinical practice. What We Offer 70% of collected clinical revenue Flexible scheduling Opportunity to start at approximately 2 days per week with potential to grow your caseload and schedule Combination of telehealth and in-person care Office space provided EHR provided Scheduling and administrative support Marketing and patient acquisition support Insurance billing/credentialing support Collaborative physician arrangement provided Established practice infrastructure so you can focus primarily on patient care Opportunity to build a consistent outpatient caseload without having to independently manage the business side of private practice Clinical autonomy within your scope of practice What You Will Do Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up medication management visits Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications within your scope of practice Monitor treatment response, side effects, and safety Provide patient education and supportive interventions as appropriate Maintain timely, thorough clinical documentation Coordinate care with therapists, primary care providers, and other members of the patient's treatment team when appropriate Practice in accordance with Tennessee laws, professional standards, and applicable controlled-substance regulations Ideal Candidate We are looking for a PMHNP who is clinically thoughtful, dependable, professional, and genuinely enjoys outpatient psychiatric care. The ideal candidate will have experience treating adults with conditions such as: Depression and anxiety ADHD Bipolar disorder PTSD/trauma-related disorders Insomnia Mood disorders Other common outpatient psychiatric conditions Private practice or outpatient psychiatric experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with strong clinical training and the right fit for the practice. Qualifications Current Tennessee
PMHNP/APRN
license in good standing
PMHNP-BC
certification DEA registration appropriate for practice NPI and CAQH profile Current malpractice coverage or willingness to obtain appropriate coverage Ability to practice independently within Tennessee requirements Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills Excellent communication and professionalism Comfortable providing telehealth services Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based psychiatric care Compensation The provider receives 70% of collected clinical revenue , with the practice retaining 30% to cover the infrastructure and services provided, including office space, EHR, administrative support, marketing, billing/credentialing support, and collaborative physician expenses. This is an independent contractor (1099) position , not an employee position. Compensation is based on actual collections rather than guaranteed hourly compensation. The goal is to provide a structure where you can focus on building your patient caseload and providing excellent clinical care without having to take on the significant administrative and financial burden of establishing your own private practice. Schedule Initially, we anticipate approximately 2 days per week , with the potential to expand as the provider's caseload grows.
