About this role: As an Intermountain Health Provider you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. In this role you will perform a variety of duties such as medical history intake, physician examinations, sports physicals, ADHD/ADD management, circumcisions, well childcare and immunizations, treating childhood injuries and illnesses, and monitoring chronic diseases. Be able to effectively manages your time and energy between your professional and personal life, allowing for fulfillment in both areas What you'll bring: Current state license as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). Certification as a Nurse Practitioner. OR Current state license as a Physician Assistant Current certification from a recognized certifying organization such as the National Commission of Physician Assistants. AND Applicable experience as defined by position leadership AND Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V. Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V. BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.- 2 years working experience as a provider in a Family Medicine clinic setting, will be the solo Family Medicine Provider
