Job description: Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (English/Portuguese) - Primary Care Nova Family Care | Framingham, MA | $62-$72/hr | Part-Time, PRN, or Full-Time | Nova Family Care is a warm, community-centered primary care practice serving a diverse population in Framingham, MA. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (Spanish or Portuguese) to join our growing team. A practice that values quality care over volume What You'll Do Provide comprehensive primary care within your training and licensure Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions Perform annual exams, follow-ups, women's health visits, urgent visits, and preventive care Prescribe medications according to state and professional guidelines Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests Chart efficiently in a problem-oriented EMR Coordinate care, educate patients, and promote health literacy Deliver excellent patient service across in-person visits, telehealth, phone, and messaging What We're Looking For Master's or Doctorate in Nursing with NP certification Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in MA (Autonomous) Minimum 1 year of NP experience in primary care, family medicine, community health, or outpatient settings Bilingual in English and Portuguese (required) Comfortable communicating with Spanish or Portuguese-speaking patients Strong EMR proficiency and computer skills Current BLS certification Thorough understanding of clinical guidelines and standards of care A passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based care to multicultural communities Join Us If you want to practice meaningful primary care, enjoy flexibility, and work in a community that truly values you, we'd love to meet you.
