Job Description
TeamHealth is seeking a quality-driven call solution nurse practitioner to lead innovative our call solution team as a clinical market leader , overseeing telephonic clinical coverage for skilled nursing facilities serving in a key leadership role supporting clinical excellence, quality outcomes, and operational performance across the call solution clinician team. Working closely with the regional medical director and vice president of operations, the clinical market leader serves as a trusted clinical resource, quality champion, and mentor for clinicians throughout the call solution program. TeamHealth's comprehensive clinical and operational leadership structure, industry-leading onboarding program, and innovative population health data reporting tools will support your success and help guide optimal, timely care for our patient population. Leadership Structure The clinical market leader reports directly to the RMD and works in partnership with the VPO. The CML provides leadership, clinical oversight, and quality support for the call solution clinician team while continuing to provide exceptional telephonic clinical coverage for post-acute care facilities. This leadership role is designed for call solution clinicians who desire to advance their leadership skills and career within TeamHealth's post-acute care organization. Key Responsibilities Assist RMD in directing and leading the clinical component of monthly meetings and/or group discussions as applicable to the CML's scope of responsibilities Clinical oversight, within call solution, of the following core functions of a call solution clinician: call response times, documentation completion, new hire orientation, scheduling follow-ups, net promoter score (NPS) and nurse satisfaction Participation in quality improvement initiatives as applicable Function as a higher level of support for clinical advice and recommendations Effective/consistent communication Customer service In conjunction with the VPO or office manager, the CML will interview clinical candidates for call solution The monthly time expected for this position is 15 hours/month Qualifications Current and unrestricted NP license Demonstrated success providing call solution telephonic clinical coverage in post-acute care settings Strong understanding of skilled nursing facility operations and clinical workflows Knowledge of post-acute care metrics and quality measures Proficiency with P.A.S.S. call solution documentation requirements Understanding of the progressive care model in post-acute care environments Knowledge of operational and clinical efficiencies within skilled nursing facilities Strong understanding of TeamHealth's mission, vision, values, methodology, and business model Proven expertise in delivering high-quality telephonic clinical care and achieving positive patient outcomes Why TeamHealth?
