Job Description

Preventative Health is seeking seek a team-oriented Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform preventative counseling and wellness visits as part of our on-site employer wellness services. This is an ideal position for a practitioner looking for seasonal work (September-November) that would like to earn extra income in a positive, upbeat environment. Recent graduates are considered for this position.
Position Summary:
The NP or PA works as part of the Clinical Operations team providing clinical assessment, wellness counseling and exams, and risk factor education to our patients consistent with Preventative Health policy and procedures.
Provider Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with Preventative Health clinical leads, client services and operation teams to ensure execution of our wellness clinics. Deliver clinical services in accordance with Preventative Health policy and procedures.
Provider Requirements:
Must hold active NP or PA license in the State of Idaho. Travel Required (mileage reimbursement available) Must be available M-F certain weeks Sept-Nov)
Work Environment:
Preventative Health clinical staff work across a diverse set of employer groups and an equally diverse patient population. Our clinics are held on-site at employer locations according to Preventative Health requirements. Pay:
$65.00 - $70.00 per hour
