- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide primary care services, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
- Perform medical procedures such as dermal fillers and sterile processing as needed
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health promotion, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with legal standards
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients leaving the hospital or other care settings ```Skills```
- Experience working with children, seniors, and individuals requiring home care
- Proficiency in hospital-based care, including managing complex medical conditions
- Knowledge of medical records management and documentation standards
- Familiarity with dermal fillers procedures and techniques
- Strong understanding of physiology and pathophysiology
- Ability to perform sterile processing techniques for medical procedures
