Legacy Med Spa is a premier wellness and aesthetics clinic located in Katy, Texas. We specialize in delivering Texas wellness & aesthetics naturally refined providing our patients with personalized, high-quality care and natural-looking results. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team on a contract basis .

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and confident wellness injector experienced in IV Hydration and Weight loss . The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for wellness, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments , including medical history and chief complaint Perform patient exams and develop individualized treatment plans Prepare procedure areas and maintain a sterile, safe environment Provide patient education on procedures, expectations, aftercare, and side effects Monitor patients during treatments and assess for any adverse reactions Create and document customized Wellness treatment plans Maintain accurate and thorough charting and office notes

Skills & Qualifications:

Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner Exceptional communication skills Ability to work collaboratively as a team member Empathetic approach towards patient needs and concerns
