WHO THIS IS FOR

You are a Florida-licensed Nurse Practitioner who wants meaningful clinical work on the side. You are not looking to upend your life

• you just want a day a week (give or take) to practice longevity and hormone medicine the way it is supposed to be done: with real visit time, cash-pay economics, and patients you can actually help. You are comfortable with TRT, BHRT, GLP-1s, and labs that go beyond a CMP. If "the standard panel" makes you twitch a little
• you are our person.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Meridian Integrative Wellness is a multi-disciplinary integrative clinic in Jacksonville, FL with an established patient base and operational infrastructure already running. We are adding hormone and longevity medicine to our existing service mix

• and we need a Nurse Practitioner to see those patients. This is a part-time, per-hour contractor role. We are starting small
• roughly one day a week, ~8 hours, with the option to grow as patient volume builds.

We provide the patients; you provide the clinical work.

You will walk into:

• Warm patients (chiropractic, rehab, and wellness patients already asking for hormone optimization, peptides, GLP-1s)
• Administrative support, scheduling, intake, billing
• Established clinic space in Jacksonville
• Telehealth flexibility for follow-ups
• Existing brand recognition in the Jax / Orange Park market

YOUR SCOPE OF PRACTICE

• Bioidentical hormone replacement (BHRT, TRT, perimenopause / menopause optimization)
• Peptide therapy when clinically indicated
• GLP-1 / Tirzepatide medical weight loss with monitoring
• Comprehensive longevity labs (advanced lipid, hormone, micronutrient)
• Patient education and lifestyle programming
• Co-management with our chiropractic and wellness team

COMPENSATION

• $65•85 per hour (1099 contractor)•W2 hybrid considered for the right person•Starting ~1 day per week, grows with patient volume

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Active Florida NP license
• DEA registration (or willingness to obtain)
• Clinical comfort with TRT, BHRT, peptides, GLP-1s, and longevity labs
• Strong patient-facing communication
• Comfort following protocols and SOPs
• Reliable and professional
• this is a contractor role, not "show up when you feel like it"
