    Role:
    Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
      Location:
      Biddeford, Maine
        Schedule:
        Part-time (3 days per week) with no weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts
        • No weekends, holidays, or overnight call
        Compensation:
        Competitive salary based on experience (W-2 position)
          Care Model:
          Primarily onsite with some telemedicine coverage What You'll Do
          • Provide comprehensive geriatric medical care in assisted living, memory care, and long-term care facilities
          • Manage chronic conditions, acute issues, and regulatory visits with a patient-centered approach
          • Develop and oversee individualized care plans focused on function, safety, and quality of life
          • Collaborate closely with nursing staff, facility leadership, and interdisciplinary care teams
          • Participate in telemedicine visits to enhance continuity and access to care
          • Use remote patient monitoring tools to support proactive and preventive care
          • Complete timely, high-quality documentation in the EHR What You Bring
          • Active NP or PA license in the state of Maine
          • Experience in geriatrics, long-term care, or post-acute care—or a strong interest in this specialty
          • Comfort working independently while collaborating within a team-based model
          • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
          • Confidence using technology, EHRs, and telehealth tools
