Consult Team:
you, a Medical Assistant, and an ultrasound tech Diagnosing Peripheral Arterial Disease and deciding whether a patient needs a revascularization procedure Meticulous H&Ps — this is the core of the role, not paperwork around it Reviewing the MA's intake and the tech's scans, then making the call on candidacy Patient interaction that builds confidence — most people walk in worried about their legs and unclear on what PAD even is Precise documentation on every consult Functioning as the informal clinical leader in the clinic — no direct reports, but your judgment sets the standard Roughly one day a month out with our Business Development Associate meeting referring physicians and running educational seminars Same team, same room, predictable case flow Structured protocols and a zero-drama environment 100% outpatient Cross-training into other clinical positions to help cover as needed About Us We are a growing network of outpatient medical offices focused on diagnosing, treating, and preventing Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) through early intervention.Our mission:

(Travel to Las Cruces is once every 2 weeks) You will need to travel between both locations to receive full-time hours. Travel to Houston & Corpus Christi for training may be required. Other travel may be required for training purposes or to provide coverage, with all travel accommodations fully paid for by the company.Schedule:
Monday - Friday Saturdays and/orSundays:
Between 0-2 weekend days per month 8-12 hour shifts; starts as early as 6:30 AM (patient-dependent).
