Fusion Health APC is looking for a personable, motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a part-time basis. We are an established multidisciplinary healthcare practice in Stockton focused on combining conventional medical care with integrative, functional, regenerative, and musculoskeletal medicine . This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who is interested in expanding their clinical experience beyond a traditional primary-care environment while working with a supportive team that values collaboration, patient education, and individualized care. Our patients range from individuals seeking relief from musculoskeletal conditions to those interested in metabolic health, hormone optimization, weight management, regenerative therapies, and preventive wellness. Depending upon patient needs and provider scope, our clinical services may include: Integrative and functional medicine Hormone optimization and TRT Medical weight-management programs GLP-1-based weight-management therapies Peptide-based therapies when clinically appropriate Regenerative and musculoskeletal medicine PRP and other regenerative treatment options IV and injectable nutrient therapies Nutritional and lifestyle counseling Laboratory evaluation and optimization Chiropractic and physical rehabilitation Shockwave and other non-surgical musculoskeletal therapies You will work alongside clinicians who enjoy discussing cases, sharing ideas, and finding practical solutions for patients. The Position This is a part-time outpatient position with established clinic hours and some scheduling flexibility. There are no hospital rounds and no overnight shifts . Some telehealth may also be incorporated into the position when appropriate. The position is ideal for an NP who already has experience in integrative medicine—or someone who has been interested in entering the field but has not had the opportunity to receive hands-on exposure and mentorship. Previous regenerative, peptide, hormone, or functional-medicine experience is welcome but is not required. For the right candidate, we can provide education and mentoring in many of the treatment approaches used within our practice. Responsibilities As a Nurse Practitioner at Fusion Health, you may: Perform comprehensive patient histories and examinations Evaluate new and established patients Order and interpret laboratory testing and diagnostic imaging Develop individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications and therapies within your scope of practice Manage hormone-optimization and metabolic-health patients Participate in medically supervised weight-management programs Evaluate patients for regenerative and musculoskeletal treatment options Provide nutritional, lifestyle, and preventive-health education Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when appropriate Collaborate with our medical, chiropractic, rehabilitation, and support staff Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records Practice in accordance with California scope-of-practice requirements and applicable HIPAA standards Depending upon your interests and experience, there may also be opportunities to develop additional skills in areas such as: Integrative and functional medicine Hormone optimization Regenerative medicine Peptide therapeutics IV and injectable therapies Phlebotomy Metabolic and weight-management medicine Musculoskeletal evaluation and treatment Who We Are Looking For Clinical knowledge is important, but personality and philosophy of care matter just as much to us.

Qualifications Required:

Current California Nurse Practitioner license Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current California RN license and appropriate NP/furnishing credentials Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong documentation and clinical decision-making skills Current DEA license with Schedule III clearance

Preferred:

DEA registration if applicable to your clinical responsibilities Experience with primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, urgent care, functional medicine, hormone management, weight management, or regenerative medicine IV or phlebotomy experience Interest in integrative, metabolic, hormonal, or regenerative medicine Why Join Fusion Health?
