Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients (seeing pediactric patients is optional), focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. You will play a crucial role in promoting health and wellness within the community while ensuring high standards of patient care. $40 per patient seen. The more care you provide, the more money you make. We work hard to reduce no shows and to bring in a large volume. Schedule is hybrid with some days required in the office to see patients. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Administer injections and other necessary medical procedures. Collaborate with specialists for comprehensive patient management. Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations. Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options. Address behavioral health concerns as part of holistic patient care. Stay updated on advancements in hospital medicine and clinical practices. Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform patient assessments and treatments. Proficiency in administering injections and performing minor procedures. Ability to conduct thorough physical examinations with attention to detail. Commitment to maintaining high standards of care in all interactions with patients. Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams.
