We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically driven Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping individuals improve their mental health and quality of life. About the Position As a PMHNP with Cornerstone Counseling, you will provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing mental health treatment to clients across a variety of clinical needs.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health conditions Provide medication management and monitor treatment response Develop individualized treatment recommendations Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Provide compassionate, patient-centered care Participate in treatment planning and coordination of services What We're Looking For Current PMHNP certification and Ohio licensure Prescriptive authority in Ohio Experience providing psychiatric assessment and medication management preferred Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills Ability to work collaboratively with therapists and other providers Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and patient-centered care Why Join Cornerstone?
