We are a mission driven adolescent Intensive Outpatient (IOP) & Partial Hospitalization program (PHP) in Apex NC. We provide evidence based mental health therapy to teens and their families, including CBT, DBT, and expressive modalities like art, music, psychodrama, mindfulness, & more. We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider—either a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)—specializing in medication management to support our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) . In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive medical assessments of physical & mental health statuses, focusing on medication administration, prescribing, and ongoing management. Your expertise will help our clients, 10-17year olds facing anxiety, depression and other related issues, get the care they need when they need it most. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and physical examinations to inform treatment plans. Prescribe, administer, and monitor medications in accordance with state regulations and collaborative practice agreements. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals across specialties including pediatrics and behavioral health to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Skills Expertise in psychiatric medication Ability to perform complex patient assessments involving physiology knowledge and diagnostic evaluation skills. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
