About Us:
Life Stone Counseling Centers is a dynamic and holistic-centered mental health clinic offering a range of outpatient services, including psychotherapy, medication management, testing, Spravato, and ketamine infusions. We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment where clients can overcome life's challenges.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychiatric care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management for a diverse outpatient population. This role offers the flexibility to work across our Midvale and West Jordan locations as well as opportunities for remote telehealth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, evaluations, and diagnoses. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management. Provide ongoing mental health care and follow-up consultations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and ketamine specialists, to ensure holistic care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health. Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of Utah. ANCC certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Previous experience in outpatient psychiatric care is preferred. Strong clinical skills in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
