We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is passionate about whole-person care and committed to supporting individuals navigating behavioral health challenges, substance use disorders, and complex medical needs. About Community Integrated Health (CIH) Community Integrated Health (CIH) provides an innovative integrated care model that brings together peer-delivered services and behavioral health support in a collaborative, community-based setting. Our team works alongside clients to support recovery in a way that honors dignity, autonomy, and lived experience. The program is guided by trauma informed principles and emphasizes person-centered care, recovery-oriented practices, collaboration across disciplines, flexibility and innovation, and cultural responsiveness and equity. Position Overview The PMHNP serves as a key medical director and clinical leader within the CIH program. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, psychiatric and medication management services, integrated behavioral health support, and collaborative service planning for individuals experiencing mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring medical concerns. You will provide clinical supervision and oversight of the WVP behavioral health providers and peers as well as collaborative administration of the WVP Community Integrated Health Program and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements. What You'll Do
  • Provide clinical leadership for the WVP Community Integrated Health outpatient mental health services program
  • Provide psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and medication management services
  • Develop individualized treatment and service plans in collaboration with care teams
  • Support integrated treatment approaches for behavioral health, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development
  • Ensure compliance with Oregon licensure requirements, clinical standards, and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with peer-delivered services and community-based organizations to strengthen continuity of care
  • Promote trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and recovery-oriented care practices
  • Support risk assessment and stabilization planning as needed
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical culture focused on patient outcomes and service excellence QualificationsRequired
  • Current Oregon Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
  • DEA licensure and prescriptive authority
  • PMHNP certification
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to ethical, patient-centered, and culturally responsive care Preferred
  • Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, integrated care, or community health settings
  • Experience working within mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment programs
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners

Pay:
$140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
