• Deliver thoughtful psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments (DSM/ICD) to bring clarity and direction for patients.
• Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care with compassion and continuity
• Create individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans that honor each client's story and goals
• Freedom to offer brief psychotherapy and psychoeducation
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic testing as part of whole-person care
• Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and referral partners
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation that supports excellent care
• Serve clients through both in-office and work from home for telehealth appointments per state regulations. We are looking for someone with

PMHNP-BC

certification (ANCC required)

• Active Kansas APRN license (required)
• DEA registration in Kansas (required)
• Missouri licensure/DEA with MO collaboration (preferred)
• 1-3 years of psychiatric or behavioral health experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic skills, clear communication, and sound clinical judgment
• A compassionate, trauma-informed, patient-centered approach
• Comfort working independently while staying connected to a collaborative team
