Flexible HoursAbout the RoleOur client, a physician-supervised and LegitScript-certified telehealth practice headquartered in Alpharetta, GA, is launching a new behavioral health service line and is seeking a founding Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to help build the program from the ground up.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in establishing clinical workflows, treatment pathways, documentation standards, and the overall patient experience. You'll work closely with the physician leadership team and have the opportunity to help shape a brand-new behavioral health department.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care through telehealth.

Build a flexible schedule based on your availability, with patient volume scaled accordingly.

Collaborate with the supervising physician team under a Georgia protocol agreement.

Help develop clinical protocols, documentation standards, workflows, and EHR processes.

Provide care to patients across commercial insurance, Medicare, TRICARE, Medicaid, and VA Community Care Network populations as credentialing is completed.

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care in a telehealth-first environment.

RequirementsActive, unrestricted Georgia APRN license.
PMHNP-BC
board certification.

Eligible for or currently holding Georgia DEA registration.

Clean professional history and eligibility for payer credentialing.

Comfortable providing care primarily through telehealth.

Ability to provide in-person care at the Alpharetta, GA office if required by applicable regulations.2+ years of psychiatric NP experience preferred.

Strong new graduates with relevant psychiatric RN experience will also be considered.
