Position Summary We are hiring a Full-Time
PMHNP-BC
to provide outpatient psychiatric care for patients ages 4 and older through a hybrid model of in-person and telehealth visits. Clinical Responsibilities Approximately 50% Medication Management Approximately 50% Individual Psychotherapy Location Anaheim, CA (may occasionally support nearby offices) Schedule 5 days per week -- 4 days of your choice: Monday through Friday (hybrid) -- Every Saturday required (remote) 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Hybrid (in-person and telehealth) Clinical Support & Mentorship We are committed to helping our providers succeed through: Collaborating Physician/Psychiatrist oversight Regular clinical consultation and case review Weekly, biweekly, and as-needed meetings with clinical leadership Ongoing mentorship from psychiatric and psychotherapy supervisors Strong administrative support and collaborative team environment Primary Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning. Provide evidence-based medication management and individual psychotherapy. Complete timely, accurate EMR documentation. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team. Coordinate referrals and continuity of care. Educate patients and families while promoting a compassionate, patient-centered experience. Education Master's or Post-Master's Degree from an accredited PMHNP program required DNP preferred Licensure & Qualifications Applicants must have: Active California NP License and Furnishing Number

Certification Active California DEA Registration Professional Liability Insurance One year of psychiatric experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply Must not have opted out of Medicare Must have, or be willing to establish, a California Professional Nursing Corporation within 30 days (if applicable) Must not currently be contracted through Alma Spanish-speaking preferred Credentialing Previous commercial insurance credentialing is preferred but not required . We will complete the credentialing process for you, and prior credentialing may help expedite your start date.
Compensation & Benefits California Pay Range:
$110,000 to $130,000+ annually , based on experience, qualifications, and productivity. W2 Employees Eligible for: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Retirement Plan Accrued Paid Time Off Other applicable employee benefits 1099 Independent Contractors Compensated under an independent contractor agreement and are not eligible for employee benefits.
