License Advanced practice provider Clinical interprofessional collaboration PMHNP Full Job Description About Us Mental Care Plus (MCP) is a licensed outpatient mental health clinic in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, serving children, adolescents, and adults in person and via telehealth across New Jersey. We accept commercial insurance, Medicare, and NJ FamilyCare/Medicaid plans. Our administrative team handles intake, scheduling, benefits verification, credentialing, and billing so clinicians can focus on care. We are expanding our psychiatric services and looking for an experienced prescriber to join our clinical team. The Role Part-time PMHNP providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. You will work alongside our therapy team, with internal referrals and collaborative care on shared patients. Clinicians with child/adolescent experience and Spanish fluency are especially encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management across the lifespan Coordinate care with therapists on shared patients Timely documentation in TherapyNotes Participate in case consultation with the Clinical Director and clinical team Requirements Active NJ APN license and PMHNP board certification (PMHNP-BC or equivalent) Active DEA registration and NJ CDS Comfort with a collaborative, therapy-integrated model of care Strongly Preferred More than 5,000 hours of clinical practice, qualifying for independent practice in NJ without a joint protocol. Exceptional candidates who do not yet meet this threshold will be considered; collaboration with our psychiatrist may be offered. Experience treating children and adolescents Fluency in Spanish Compensation and Benefits $85-$100 per hour, based on experience Full administrative support: intake, scheduling, benefits verification, credentialing, and billing Flexible scheduling, in person and telehealth Schedule Part time, approximately 8-16 hours per week to start, with room to grow.
