Position Overview We are hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) with psychiatric experience and an active Florida license to join our expanding team. This remote role includes psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning in collaboration with our clinical team. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Provide psychotropic medication management and monitor patient progress Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR Collaborate with supervising psychiatrist and multidisciplinary team Attend virtual case reviews and team meetings Uphold best practices in virtual psychiatric care Required Qualifications Active PMHNP or PA-C license in Florida (Michigan license a plus) 1-2+ years of psychiatric experience (outpatient, inpatient, or telehealth) Strong documentation, assessment, and communication skills DEA license in good standing (or willingness to obtain) Comfortable working independently with collaborative support Tech-savvy and confident using virtual care platforms Preferred Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in psychiatric care Familiarity with crisis management and higher-acuity populations ANCC or NCCPA board certification Proficient in DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and treatment protocols Experience with telepsychiatry platforms What We Offer Competitive compensation (based on experience) Flexible scheduling (FT or PT available) Clinical autonomy with psychiatric supervision Supportive, tech-enabled work environment Growth opportunities in a purpose-driven organization Positive, collaborative team culture Why Join Us?
