•Conscientia Health, a rapidly growing leader in integrated mental healthcare , is expanding our innovative team and seeking 2-3 highly motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) for contract-to-hire positions (90-day contract leading to full-time employment). Position Details & Schedules Contract-to-hire - minimum 16 hours/week : Choose the structure that fits your life: 3 × 12-hour shifts + 1 × 4-hour shift (total ~40 hours/week), OR 4 × 10-hour shifts. Part-time options also available (rates discussed in interview). Hours of operation : Sunday-Saturday, 7 AM-10 PM — wide flexibility in shift selection.

New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply — excellent mentorship and onboarding provided. Requirements Active PMHNP (APRN) license and DEA license required. Must hold current licensure in New Jersey (required ), Additional licenses is a plus. Pennsylvania , Florida, New York or other states are a significant plus. Willingness to obtain additional state licenses preferred (we support and reimburse multi-state credentialing where applicable). Immediate credentialing readiness — all licenses, documentation, and background must allow for immediate start (target start date: October Start Date. Must reside in New Jersey (due to initial

on-site requirement). Willing to work in-person at our Cherry Hill or Red bank, NJ locations. Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and quick adaptability to AI-enhanced platforms. Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time after Contract) Very competitive salaries — well above market averages for telepsychiatry PMHNPs (specific rates discussed during interview based on experience, licenses, and productivity; expect strong earning potential with schedule control).
