1099 Independent Contractor Join a Well Established Practice! This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, clinically strong provider who wants to grow within a well-supported private practice setting. We are looking for someone dependable, ethical, compassionate, and driven someone who takes pride in excellent patient care, strong clinical judgment, and building a successful long-term role within the practice. Our practice provides established referral sources, administrative support, credentialing support through our Practice Manager, and the opportunity to build a very strong caseload. This is a high-earning 1099 opportunity for the right provider who is committed, professional, and ready to grow with the practice. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations. Diagnose mental health disorders using
DSM-5-TR
criteria. Develop individualized treatment plans. Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications. Provide medication management and follow-up care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with therapists and other members of the treatment team. Qualifications . If Your A 103NP You Must Have Your Own Collaborative Physician Agreement Active California Nurse Practitioner license. Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). You must be Credentialed with one or more commercial insurance panels, Medi-Cal, or CalOptima (preferred but not required). Active California Furnishing Number and DEA registration. Minimum of two years of psychiatric NP experience. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills. Compassionate, ethical, dependable, and self-motivated with an excellent work ethic. Preferred Qualifications Experience in an outpatient private practice. Why Join Our Practice? 60% of collections. Exceptional earning potential. High-performing providers have the opportunity to earn approximately $30,000-$40,000+ per month, depending on there patient volume and collections. Flexible hybrid schedule. No weekends required. Clinical autonomy. Established referral sources with the opportunity to build a full schedule. Dedicated Practice Manager who handles credentialing and administrative support so you can focus on patient care. Credentialing Providers who are already credentialed with commercial insurance panels, Medi-Cal, or CalOptima may begin seeing insurance patients sooner. If credentialing is needed, our Practice Manager will manage the credentialing process on your behalf. Insurance credentialing typically takes approximately three months. During that time, your welcome to become familiar with our practice, systems, and workflows while also having the opportunity to begin seeing cash-pay patients as they become available. Pay:
