What You'll Get Base Pay:

$60 to $90 per hour (depending on experience)

Professional Development:

$1,000 annual CME allowance and internal leadership training How You'll Make an Impact Evaluate and diagnose: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients across the lifespan, in person or via telehealth Treat and manage: Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitor effectiveness, and adjust care plans in collaboration with the care team Educate and advocate: Provide psychoeducation and advocate for each patient's mental health needs Deliver telehealth well: Maintain privacy, clear communication, and quality of care across virtual visits Improve the clinic: Participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and efficiency Requirements Master's or Doctorate in Nursing (MSN/DNP) with a Psychiatric-Mental Health specialization Active New York State NP license Board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Strong understanding of HIPAA and experience using EMR systems DEA registration preferred, or willingness to obtain

BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NYS Infection Control training
