Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team as an independent contractor. This position offers flexible scheduling, a supportive administrative team, and the ability to incorporate one telehealth day per week. The ideal candidate will be comfortable practicing autonomously, while also enjoying the benefits of a close-knit, collaborative group of providers. We've had the opportunity to work with several NPs in the past and have come to deeply value providers who not only bring strong clinical skills, but who also appreciate the unique needs of a rural community and are committed to building lasting, meaningful relationships with the people they serve. We're looking for someone who wants to become a trusted part of our team and play a long-term role in supporting the mental health of our area.

What We're Looking For:

Board-certified PMHNP with active Nebraska licensure (or willingness to obtain) Minimum of 1 year post-certification experience preferred, but not required, open to new graduates Strong diagnostic and medication management skills across the lifespan Ability to work independently with support from peers and administrative team Passion for working in a rural environment and desire to serve underserved populations Interest in contributing to the growth and culture of the practice long-term Why Arbor?
