Become a part of our team! We are currently seeking an additional Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team~ Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Flexible Hybrid Scheduling (In-Office and Virtual)
Locations:
Mequon, West Bend We are an established and growing psychotherapy group seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at one or more of our five locations. We offer flexible scheduling with the option to provide services in-office or in a hybrid format . This position can begin part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time caseload . The ideal candidate is experienced in prescribing psychiatric medications, conducting routine vitals, and providing accurate diagnostic assessments. We are looking for someone who provides compassionate, patient-centered care and who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinical environment. Candidates must have an existing collaborating physician. Key Responsibilities Perform psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for individuals with mental health conditions Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, monitoring patient response and treatment progress Collaborate with psychotherapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans Provide education, guidance, and support to patients and families regarding diagnoses and treatment options Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation Required Skills & Qualifications Experience prescribing psychiatric medications in an outpatient setting Proficiency with
ICD-9/ICD-10
coding Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills Ability to work independently within a collaborative clinical team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong ethical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care Experience with Spravato a plus Compensation & Structure Compensation is based on a transparent, competitive commission model, determined by the number of clients seen.
