Position Description Psychiatric or Family Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/FNP) Faraday Health | Chattanooga, TN Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | Minimum Tuesday & Thursday On-Site Make a Difference in Behavioral Health — While Maintaining the Flexibility You Need Faraday Health is seeking a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing behavioral health practice in Chattanooga, TN. This is an opportunity for a provider who wants to make a meaningful impact treating patients with depression and anxiety while having the flexibility to build a productive practice around their existing professional commitments. Our model combines medication management, psychotherapy, and innovative interventional treatments , including Spravato (esketamine). What You'll Do As a Psychiatric or Family Nurse Practitioner, you will: Provide medication management and psychotherapy for patients with depression, anxiety, and related behavioral health needs. Conduct evaluations for patients referred for interventional services and determine clinical suitability. Complete monthly follow-up assessments for patients receiving interventional therapies and monitor their clinical progress. Maintain a clinical presence during Spravato (esketamine) administration sessions while staff oversee the administration process. Collaborate with the Faraday Health team to provide coordinated, patient-centered care. If you have an existing patient population, see those patients during dedicated blocks of time incorporated into your schedule. Schedule We offer full-time and part-time opportunities . The primary schedule requirement is that providers be on-site at our Chattanooga clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays . Additional scheduling can be structured around the provider's availability and practice needs. What We're Looking For Active Tennessee Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license PMHNP or FNP certification Active DEA registration Tennessee prescriptive authority Ability to provide in-person clinical care in Chattanooga Availability to be on-site Tuesdays and Thursdays Candidates with an established collaborative physician relationship are especially encouraged to apply Experience treating depression and anxiety is strongly valued.
