Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicatedAPRN PMHNP
join our team and provide high-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various areas of psychiatry, including PTSD care, outpatient services, addiction counseling, and behavioral health.Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to diagnose mental health conditions
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy and medication management for patients
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Utilize telehealth services for remote patient consultations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Collect and analyze data to monitor patient progress
Skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to psychiatry
- Experience in PTSD care and treatment
- Knowledge of outpatient psychiatric services
- Strong background in behavioral health interventions
- Ability to perform patient assessments effectively
- Competence in medical documentation practices
- Experience in addiction counseling and treatment
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms for virtual consultations
