Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion for holistic mental health and the ability to deliver compassionate, client-centered care. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and solution focused psychotherapy. Treat conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma in a high-functioning, professional clientele. Integrate holistic principles into care (nutrition, mindfulness, movement, spiritual practices). Maintain a presentable, professional, and approachable demeanor suitable for an entrepreneurial and professional client base. Utilize technology (EMR, telepsychiatry platforms, communication tools) efficiently and effectively. Respond to clients promptly and with professionalism through digital platforms. Organize and manage caseload to maximize efficiency and revenue generation. Collaborate with therapists and wellness providers within the holistic care team.
Qualifications:
Current
PMHNP-BC
(Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification) required. Active state license (or ability to obtain licensure in multiple states). Open to training new graduates after solid preceptorship experience Minimum 1 years of psychiatric experience preferred. Strong clinical skills in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. Demonstrated commitment to holistic approaches and personal wellness.
Technologically savvy:
proficient in EMRs, telehealth platforms, and communication tools. Highly articulate, responsive, organized, and client-focused. Experience in private practice settings
