Candidates must hold an active Indiana license and a current Indiana CSR and Full DEA registration. This is a fully remote, full-time W-2 position. SynergenX is a leader in evidence-based hormone optimization and wellness care, providing comprehensive treatment for both men and women. While this position will treat patients of both biological sexes, including comprehensive hormone management and medical weight loss.
