Join Our Shared Path Counseling At Our Shared Path Counseling, we believe therapy is built on authentic relationships, clinical excellence, and genuine respect for every person who walks through our doors. As we begin expanding into a group practice, we're looking for an independently licensed therapist who shares those values and is excited about helping build something meaningful from the ground up. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys providing excellent therapy and is looking to supplement an existing private practice or full-time position with additional referrals while maintaining flexibility and clinical independence. Responsibilities Provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy to individuals and/or couples. Complete timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation. Maintain an active Pennsylvania license and professional liability insurance. Communicate professionally with clients and the practice. Manage your own schedule and availability. Qualifications Active Pennsylvania license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist. Independently licensed and in good standing. Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy. Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and documentation skills. Experience working with couples is a plus but not required.
