Safety Professional BAM Workforce Solutions is hiring Safety Professional to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity for someone who has actually done utility work. Overview:

Provide hands-on safety oversight across active crews working on utility projects. Travel regularly throughout the region. Get out in the field alongside crews and be present where the work is happening, not behind a desk. Build genuine credibility with field personnel through practical knowledge and a no-nonsense approach to safety. Identify hazards, address unsafe conditions, and reinforce a strong safety culture across all job sites without alienating the people doing the work. Support multiple active projects simultaneously including ongoing transmission work and new project starts.

Requirements:

Hands-on field experience in utility construction Lineman background or construction manager and general foreman background with strong safety skills strongly preferred. Familiarity with utility properties in the Mid Atlantic Comfortable with regular regional travel. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work alongside demanding field crews without complaint. Pay:

$130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
