Each of our primary care clinics has a team of providers including Nurse Practitioners, Family Physicians, Internists, Pediatricians, Ob-Gyns, CNMs, Behavioral Health counselors and access to clinical Pharmacists.STAFF SUPPORT
Each primary care clinician leads their team including an RN and medical assistant.IN-HOUSE REFERRALS
Our specialty clinics include optometry, podiatry, dental, rheumatology, and asthma-allergy. EMR is Epic with access to Ai scribe and translation for best practice.DIVERSE PATIENTS AND REWARDING WORK

Family Nurse Practitioner with 2-3+ years' experience as primary care provider .
